After your first contact, we will schedule a time to talk through either though Facetime or Whats app so I can understand exactly what you are wanting from your photography experience. During this talk we will to go through my gown collection, photo shoot location ideas, my wall-art and album samples as well as their pricing. This allows us to start planning your session, setting a date and time and working through the finer details like what to wear. We will talk about where you want to display the images in your home and the colors of the rooms to ensure your wall art fits perfectly.
YOUR PHOTOGRAPHY SESSION
Maternity sessions start with your hair and make up at the studio which takes about an hour. We first start your photo session with studio shots where we cover a big variety of set ups from all white bedroom shots with our gorgeous lace gown to black and white nudes, flower wall and many other options to choose from. Following the studio shots we move on to an outdoor location of your choice. The end the session right around sunset for the best quality lighting which makes a total of four hour timeline from beginning to end.Newborn sessions take up to 3 hours depending on the amount of cuddles and feeds required. Family & sibling images are part of newborn sessions so please bring the whole family along for the first 30 minutes - grandparents are most welcome too! It is too long for siblings to stay for the whole session so if someone else can pick them up at this point or Dad could take them a drive it allows us to create a calm, relaxed environment for the remainder of the session where I will focus just on your baby.
YOUR VIEWING/DESIGNING SESSION
At your viewing you get to see your images for the first time with a slideshow, select your favorites and get into designing a wallart, album or a keepsake box that you will cherish a lifetime. If you know where you want to display the images in your home I do recommend you sending me through a photo of that space before this appointment.
All decision makers need to present for this session ~ it can be overwhelming to make these decisions alone and from my experience it is always easier if both parents are present.
